Other IT-systems are cloud solutions and/or are installed at third party suppliers to which Personal Data may be transferred respectively disclosed. Further, Personal Data may be transferred or disclosed to third party payment providers or other contracting parties that deliver services to GS to perform a booked journey respectively to execute the product and/or service purchased by the user. Transfer or disclosure of Personal Data is always subject to adequate controls including the security of data and other personal information and subject to GS’s instruction to process such data.
As referred to above, Personal Data and information may be transferred to and maintained in IT-systems, digital clouds or on computers of third parties that may be located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction. Your data will not be transferred outside of the EU. Your consent to this Privacy Statement followed by Your submission of such information/Personal Data represents Your agreement to that transfer. GS will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Personal Data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Statement and applicable legislation and that no transfer or disclosure of Personal Data will take place to an organisation/a third party or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of data and other personal information.
